Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Above and Beyond has a strict cancellation policy.
■ A minimum 25% deposit is required to reserve the house
Installment payments are allowed
■ The remainder of rental costs are due one month prior to check-in
and security deposit is due within 7 days of check-in.
■ Should Guest cancel the reservation, in writing, at least sixty (60)
days prior to the Check-in Date, all fees will be refunded, less a
$75.00 service fee
■ Should Guest cancel the reservation for any reason between
thirty(30) and fifty-nine (59) days notice, Owners will retain 25% of
the rental cost
■ If Guest cancels the reservation with less than 30 days notice, or if
unforeseen circumstances (such as a hurricane or other conditions
out of the control of guest or homeowner) force the cancellation of
the reservation, Guest will forfeit rental costs and Homeowners will
refund damage deposit only
■ If Guest does not pay in full by 30 days prior to check in, Owner
reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement and retain the
deposit.
